We have submitted Wireless network control of interacting Rydberg atoms, which is joint work between Jaron Sanders, Rick van Bijnen, Edgar Vredenbregt and Servaas Kokkelmans. You can find a preprint of the article on arXiv. Ultimately, the article appeared in Physical Review Letters as Phys. Rev. Lett. 112, 163001.
Today, I received a Certificate of nomination for the TU/e Final Project Award 2013, issued by the Department of Mathematics & Computer Science, Eindhoven University of Technology. I am very happy to have received this nomination! It is great to hear that my work was appreciated by the nominating jury.
The Netherlands Society for Statistics and Operations Research has awarded me the VvS+OR Master’s Thesis Award.
The Koninklijke Hollandsche Maatschappij der Wetenschappen has awarded me the ASML Graduation Award for Mathematics. It is one of several awards for students in exact sciences, and these awards are called the Jong Talent Prijzen. At the ceremony, I also presented my work to a broad audience.
Today, I presented several results of my master’s project. After the presentation, I had to defend my thesis titled Interacting particles in wireless networks and Rydberg gasses. This finished my graduation project, both for the mathematics and physics department.
